Does sound like someone probably made a Geometry Dash level with it, if you search by song name in GD you should be able to find it.

If it's not gd, or something else that uses the api - not certain if anything else does, but I wouldn't be surprised - someone just really likes your song xD
I report back, Tom says it’s a gd level, which makes sense, but is also odd that playing gd level counts as a download
